What we collect
To sell and deliver to you: your name, email, delivery address, order history, and payment records. To support you: the messages you send us and any images you attach.
Your tracker data
If you use the tracker in your account, what you record there — amounts, schedules, how you felt, weight, photographs — is private to you. Our staff have no access to it. There is no administrative screen that displays it and no export that includes it.
That data is treated as sensitive personal data and is never sold, shared, or used for marketing.
Your rights
