Certificate of analysis

Each lot carries a third-party certificate of analysis reporting identity and purity. We do not release a lot for sale until its COA has been received and checked — in our system a lot stays in quarantine until that verification is recorded, and quarantined stock cannot be allocated to an order.

Lot traceability

Every order is filled from specific, identified lots, and we keep that record. If a lot ever needs to be withdrawn we can identify exactly which orders it went to.

Stock is allocated first-expiring-first, and we will not ship a lot with less shelf life remaining than our minimum.

Storage and handling

Lyophilised material is held cold and shipped cold. Local deliveries are made the same day in insulated packaging.
