Shipping and delivery

Cabo San Lucas

Same-day delivery within Cabo San Lucas for orders placed before 2pm. Deliveries are made by our own drivers, signed for on arrival, and photographed at the door.

You can pay the driver at the door if you prefer.

Elsewhere in Mexico

Orders outside the Cabo area ship by courier with tracking. Transit time depends on destination; you will receive tracking as soon as the parcel is collected.

Undeliverable orders

If we cannot complete a delivery we will record the reason and contact you to arrange another attempt. Cold-chain items that have been out of our control cannot be re-dispatched.
